I have never had a claims experience go so well. We had a water pipe break Sunday night around 9PM and called Mikes cell phone at Ragnar and told him about it. First off, he answered the phone late Sunday night. Amazing! Then he went above and beyond. After giving us a few phone numbers of mitigation companies to call, he jumped in his truck and drove over to our home. I have had only one other claim, and no one ever jumped in any car and drove over to our house especially late Sunday night. He stayed and explained the claims process while we waited for the mitigation team to show up. After they did, he continued to stay until we felt better, and the mitigation team was wrapping up. Lots of agencies talk about service, well Mike really means it. I cannot express enough of the professionalism and the caring from Mike and the Ragnar Group. Truly a top-notch guy and insurance agency. Worth every star!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the Ragnar Group. Mike isn't out just to get your business. He's honest, genuine and caring whether you are a new client or someone who has been with him for several years. We had the unfortunate experience of coming home to a disaster one evening after work. Major water damage to 2 levels of our home. After a few minutes of tears and not sure what to do we called Mike at 545 pm (after hours). He returned the call within minutes and helped with contacting a Restoration Company to come out that night within 2 hours. Little to our knowledge, Mike showed at our house to give us some moral support and make sure all initial questions were answered, and that we felt comfortable with the crew that showed at our house to start ripping everything up. He stayed well into the night with us and we honestly can't thank him enough. Not many insurance agents would do that, but Mike did!!!! Give Mike a call and let him give you a quote.
