I've been going to Turbo Tim's for a while now. Their service is great and you can put your trust in them. If you put their bumper sticker on, it helps them and it helps you in the form of a discount. They also will explain any service if you ask them, and recommend further repair if something appears to be lagging behind or for prevention of future problems down the road. If you have to drop your car off for a longer period of time, they have loaner cars. Turbo Tim's also has a few fun felines with their own personalities.

Turbo Tim’s has great customer service. The folks working in the shop are friendly, experienced and have a vast knowledge about automobiles of all kinds. This last time I brought my car in, there were some pretty big issues, and it took far longer to fix them than expected, but Turbo Tim’s kept me in the loop. If I had a question, they never failed to respond back. They gave me a loaner car the last week since It was rainy, and they followed up with me after the repair to make sure everything was fixed.
