This location has seen ALOT of ups and downs over the past few years, between constant change in owners and management, to employees coming and going quite abit, it makes this particular Dickeys hit or miss.
On a good day, the food is GREAT, you can get your order made and paid in under 4 minutes if you dont order something fried, if you do, youre looking at about 5-6 minutes. The Big Yellow Cups are super handy and BIG, and you can reuse them and wash them at home, plus you get a $1 refill if you bring your cup with on your next visit. The meat can be so tender and juicy, and the ribs fall right off the bone. The Baked Potato Casserole can quickly become an addiction, and that Mac and Cheese can be sooo good :)
But then there are the off days..... on those days, keep clear... everything is either dry or burnt, the employees dont pay attention to damn near anything, they forget to clean their utensils or even switch them out when they are supposed to, sometimes there isn't even any ice cream let alone ICE, they can be quite poor at predicting their stock for the following day and run out of things super early, and at times the help just looks plain miserable and unengaged.......
Oh, and dont even BOTHER coming in on a SUNDAY, its a madhouse cause children eat free then, so all the church goers are either at Dickeys or another place close by

burnt ribs all black tuff as CAN BE 5 cut pieces of chicken they call half chicken cost me 11 dollars would never set foot in this place AGain worst bbq i have ever had funny rainbow deli ribs are better if thats saying much rob

I like the ribs but not a fan of the other meats. The mashed potatoes and other sides are really good! The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. The price is very reasonable. Free ice cream, but I'm always so full to have any.
