Anne Pierce did a great job of explaining Medicare and in answering my many, many questions. She was exquisitely patient and always pleasant, even though it was a crazy time for enrolling in Medicare due to 300,000+ Minnesotans having to change from Cost Plans effective the same date as I became eligible. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Excellent customer service! I was referred to these folks by a friend who has worked with them for several years. I was completely in the dark when it came to navigating my Medicare decisions. My husband and I turned 65 within one month of each other this past Fall, and we were completely clueless with what we should do. We attended a few free information sessions offered by various companies throughout the summer. The session we attended that Jeremiah Wente hosted for North Star Resource Group was by far the best. Jeremiah gave us the pertinent information we needed to get started, which gave us a sense of confidence. His info session was understandable and not overwhelming. We knew he was the person we wanted to help us wade through these murky waters! Jeremiah met with us and gave us valuable assistance in getting set up. We left his office with a huge sense of relief!
