Eastgate Apartments

First I would like to say that we have been living here for almost 6 months and we live in a 2 bedroom apartment that is not remodeled. So take some of my pros/cons with a grain of salt if you're looking at the remodeled ones. Pros: - Quiet/safe neighborhood - Security cameras & well lit parking lot - Friendly neighbors - Laundry on the floor - Good price for the area - it can't be beat! - Incredibly nice, supportive management that will do anything to make you happy. - Disposal - Balcony - Other reviews on other sites have complained about snow removal but we didn't have any issues. I think they were very on top of it even with the crazy amounts we got this year! Cons: - There are little things about the apartment (loud dishwasher, temperamental water heater, dinging radiator, etc.,) that come with living in an older building. They are doing everything they can to fix these issues.

Glad i moved out. Building manager is rude. She needs a crash course in humanity and better buisness management skills. I lived there for 3 years I been asking for a garage, when I told her about it, she got an attitude with me. screw u lady. And the dryer machine on 2 floors are ALWAYS broke, with jacking up the rent and utilities you can't buy new ones, but they can renovate the office, believe ur renters come first. Screw ur crappy office. You can't knock on the office door apparently, because you will interrupt them doing nothing. Most buildings welcome you to knock or talk to them in their office during business hours. These idiots put a letter under ur door and tell you not to. And tell you to call a number. The only person that works there is the wonderful, awesome maintenance guy Tony. He is great! He deserves a HUGE raise, especially for putting up with idiot bosses.

Alison Reller: Great staff. Always promptly answers questions. Our apt was renovated before we moved in and is wonderful. Love our balcony. Love the feature of being able to text my landlord so we don’t play phone tag. I’m at the oakdale location and it is so convient. Right off hwy 36. Secure building. I feel safe living there. Pet policy is a little outdated, but that’s my only complaint.
