Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome and treated exceptionally well.

Walked in, no one in the place. No workers appeared until we were at the counter. Zero eye contact. No greeting like, "Hello". Only asked for our order. There were 2 girls that waited on us.
It was obvious we were disturbing their evening and they had no problem letting us know.
Sandwiches were good. No complaint.
Service was some of the worst I've seen. Do better, ladies.
