Dollar in Rochester did a bate and switch on me my father had passed away the said they would give me a grievance rate took the truck came to return it no one was around so we called the number at the desk . they said put the keys in the return bax and go .when they sent me the bill it was 4 times the rate they quted me and they said the truck was smoked in ..thats wierd cause i dont smoke ..so they bated me then changed the rate ...they suck !!!! Wont rent from them again!!!!

I was charged a total of $100 (more than the cost of the rental) for gas. I was going to extend my rental, so there was no need to fill the tank up at the time. Nick offered to upgrade the car for $5 a day. The cars were swtiched out, so I wasn't able to put gas in the car. When I said something to Nick about it he told me once they take the key they can't give it back. Therefore I couldn't put the gas in the car. My receipt was e-maile to me, and there was an additional $100. When I contacted Nick about the matter he was direspectful, and treated me like I did something wrong. He hung up the phone in my face, he wouldn't let me speak, and was just overall rude. I felt that he was treating me this way, because I'm black. I just couldn't believe the things he was saying to me. During the time of this pandemic you would think people would be nicer, but not Nick. He was just cruel!!! I didn't deserve that. An $18 rental just cost me a total of $200. I wish I could give 0 stars, or negative stars.

Service was quick and easy! Returning was easy too! The person who rented the car was friendly and made it a great experience. Will rent from here again .
