Derek was very quick to respond to my phone call. He tapped into my laptop assessed the possible problem and closed down unnecessary startup programs and other issues called pups. I was very pleased with the results. Just a few days ago I noticed it being slow going from one screen to another, also when typing in a field there was a long delay. Now this may have something to do with how much traffic there was on the cable line, it was just a thought. That is the reason for the 4 star, that issue may or may not be detectable.

I have used Tech Doctors 3 different times in the last 5 months. I am and remain impressed by Derek's service. Tech Doctors uses Team Viewer to remote in and I have not had concerns about the access. At the end of the session, when you disconnect, he needs another password to get back in...pretty slick all by itself but it underscores my trust in Derek. I have no concerns about security or my files being accessed after the session. At short notice I had to reschedule and Derek took it in stride and we connected a couple days later. I have not felt forgotten; Derek has been timely in responding to requests for service. There is no hesitation to recommend Tech Doctors. I know I will continue to call Derek when I have computer issues outside of my ability to fix. I'm glad I found Derek and encourage you contact him for your needs.

We used Tech Doctors to service my dad's computer. Derek came directly to my dad's house (which was great because my dad doesn't get around well). My dad said "Derek was fabulous! He fixed my password problem and cleaned up a number of other problems as well".
