        Ended up with this Bank by default because my small town bank got bought out. Shortly after, I began having fees that werent there before and they have even worse hours than before. Hands down the worst banking experience Ive had. Go to a credit union or something over this JOKE of a bank.

      Good afternoon Nate,Since March 1, 2022, our Rochester location is open Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM with drive-up hours Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. These are extended hours to what we were previously operating. Unfortunately, we understand that these hours may not be convenient for everyone. We offer a variety of services through our online channels, or can often accommodate the signing of documents through esign. If there is a particular product or service you're interested in, I would encourage you to give us a call at 1-800-872-5630. We also have multiple locations in Minnesota if that would be more workable in your schedule. They are located in Austin, Blooming Prairie, Dodge Center, Hayfield, and Mantorville.
