I currently live here and have very few complaints. Kim and Andy have been awesome to work with and my neighbors are super friendly. When I got a puppy they were extremely welcoming and spoil him like he is their own puppy. The pool in the summertime is everything! I can float and read my book and no one bothers me. It is the perfect spot to relax after a long night of work. The apartments are well laid out and secure. I never hear my neighbors.

I have very much enjoyed my time at Red44. The entire apartment building is always extremely clean. Anytime I have to call maintenance for something in my unit (which is not often at all), they come to help in a quick and timely manner. The staff is incredibly friendly and responds to any questions and comments quickly and respectfully. It is easy to get a hold of them via phone or email, and management has an open-door office where residents or potential new residents can go to talk and inquire about rent, facilities, etc. with the staff. I also really love the location in that it is just one highway exit away from St Mary's Hospital, as well as downtown Rochester. There are three grocery stores within walking distance, and there is also a free shuttle that can take hospital workers to and from Mayo Clinic. The apartment units themselves are kept up well with nice floor-to-ceiling windows and modern, stylish amenities. I appreciate the heated garage parking (especially in the colder months) and the pool, fitness center, and dog park. Thank you Red44 for making my first apartment experience in Rochester so great! If you are looking for a place to live in Rochester, I highly recommend Red44.

This is a great place to live. Kim and the staff are so attentive and available. It is also really clean and kept. The apartment also backs up to a long walking and bike riding trail. Pet friendly too!
