        Been a hy-vee shopper for decades. Stopped at the 37th ave store for the first time to get a quick lunch. Waited forever to be helped despite being an off-peak hour (2pm). Gal couldn't understand English and gave me different entree than I asked for. Then I waited even longer to pay, and somehow my $8.99 lunch cost $14. Lady was gone before card payment was finished and I got no receipt. Food was not fresh and I got sick. I don't know how you could have made the experience much worse. To top it off this location looks so run down it's like they abandoned it but forgot to tell the staff. Really changed my perception of this company in a negative way.
