Farmers Insurance - Ben Nelson

Ben was always helpful until we had a claim. He did not know the process there after. His comment was always "what do you want me to do"?. We had a totaled car and an additional $800.00 bill on top of our deductible. We are happy to pay the deductible, but he would not help us with the additional fee as our car was totaled. He did not seem to know what the other side of farmers insurance does.

As a veteran, I have used another insurer for close to 24 years. In fact I usually don't even get quotes due to my former provider's normally stellar prices. I gave Ben my information, and to my surprise I found that I could save a substantial amount of money. But more than that Ben educated me on which products were the best to protect my family. So now, even though I'm paying lower premiums, I have better and more thorough protection. Thank you Ben for the great customer service!

If you have questions or simply want to save money on your insurance give Ben a call. After being with State Farm for more than 12 years we had Ben review our policy and he was able to give us better coverage and..... SAVE MONEY! Probably one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. Thanks Ben!
