Went to this Location having to switch over 4 numbers I was nervous and didnt kno what to expect as I walked in the door I got greeted with the best hello how can I help you once I told him what I needed him to do he told me it was easy and then he can have me out in 20 minutes I also want to mention that Cricket has a star employee Named Tarence this man called and get all the account information including the account number the security pin and the zip on file each number had a different account number Tarence was fast ,efficient ,confident ,polite ,and a gentleman and a scholar he went above and beyond setting up all of our phones and making sure all of them worked I definitely recommend this location please call and ask if Tarence is there ahead of time so you know that youre gonna get awesome service ill tell you if Cricket keeps this up with great customer service and hiring great employees like Terrence they will elevate to a Verizon or Sprint

I just had an horrible experience at the Roseville store. We arrived there to get a replacement phone asap for an iPhone that stopped charging. The store waa open, sign was on. It was 4 pm in the afternoon on a weekday. Cold outside. The door was locked. No note, no sign of anyone. We stood outside for a few minutes knocking on the glass, confused. We got in the car trying to decide what to do. A young man walked down the sidewalk carrying bags of food. He stops, unlocks the door and goes in. Great! We go in. I just try to jokingly say " we were confused what was going on". No apology he responds in a snarky tone " what can I help you with?". So we wanted to finance the new iPhone since its 500$. I saw inline this was possible. The man say I'm not sure how to do that or if we do that, despite a sign saying it was an option . so without a word he disappears. I try to figure out how to do this on the app by myself. The little advice he gave before disappearing to eat was unhelpful and got me stuck in the app. When he came back and I asked for help he said he couldn't help because he'd be liable if it was wrong. I just said I needed help navigating the app. He said he couldn't help. When I said to my partner ok I guess we should just go to Apple. He says " fine go do that, you'll pay more but they will be helpful" in a snarky tone. I say I just need help with the app. He say " no YOU really should go to Apple and pay more. It'll be a better fit for you" and walks in the back room. I am wondering why have stores. I figured the app out by myself eventually. Cricket. Close your doors and become online only if this is how helpful your store people will be
