Farmers Insurance - Jessica Timmons

anyone is better than this agency, I have never worked with someone so dead set on not actually working with you! Last year it took me three weeks of back and fourth of them arguing with me about who I had to include on my policy after it was transferred to this agency from my previous who had retired. When I tried to drop renters insurance and a parked vehicle, I was told that what I was paying would increase $350 a year to drop those things. K. Cuz that’s logical. Charge me more to ensure less. I decided to go with someone else. I both called and emailed them informing them that after everything I had been through with the agency that it was better for us to part ways and for me to go with a different insurance company. Now after canceling a policy I’ve gotten calls and emails about a bill, Apparently I owed them +$210 for not sending them proof of my new insurance. Which is insane to begin with, and secondly would have been helpful to know. I called and emailed them a photo of my insurance documents proving that I had insurance before canceling my policy with them. And still they want money from me. Shout out to Lakisha for being the most helpful person I have dealt with over the last year! Someone should buy her lunch!

This agency and Farmers in general provide great service. More than once I needed road side towing for my not so new car and they were always ready to help me.
