        Unfriendly and wasted my time... Got an online quote that had less coverage than my current insurance for double the price. Received an email stating some changes and discounts should be made so they can give me a better quote. Called them back to be told the online quote for cars is accurate and that I need to consider what I get in coverage for their price... No questions were asked about what I wanted, why I wanted a quote, what kind of coverage I needed, who I was currently insured with, or anything. He didn't even mention anything about the home insurance quote. The conversation lasted less than 5 minutes. Obviously, the agent that answered my call was not interested in gaining my business.

      Sorry G that you had a poor experience. We pride ourselves on service, but we are just agents not Allstate employees. So service is what really strive for. If you are rating us on price, please don’t. If you do, please go to Allstate review page and rate them and not our agency. Most customers are price sensitive and in a rush. If you are going to rate us poorly, please keep in mind you did not give us enough time to give you better service. We don’t just hang up on customers. But don’t expect a 5 minute call with just a price and not be able to talk about what the coverages are or the limits of coverage or even the discounts. You were the one who ended the call after hearing the price on the Auto. You did not give him a chance to talk more about the Auto or Home quote. If you want to go over the quotes with me, please contact me and make an appointment. Please allow about an hour to go over both the Auto and Home quotes.
