Twice they have called to tell me they have stopped delivering for the evening. Either they are stopping service when they feel like it, are short staffed, or their website needs to be updated... any of which indicates a poorly run establishment. I do like their pizza, but at this point I am done ordering from them. They are unreliable.

Sooo I was excited to experience this pizza place as I was visiting and they had Vegan options! Sadly the stocky blonde at the counter was extremely rude. We ordered our vegan pizza and told her we had a coupon and she explained she'd look it up. She didn't and we had to approach her again but a nice gentlemen came up and took care of the refund and she apparetly didnt even put in our order properly and made it with vegan cheese AND feta cheese anyway. Before we recieved the refund she explained how she, "guesses she could give the mess up to a neighbor." And my girlfriend said nicely about how no one hates free pizza! She smirked back saying, "well no one likes vegan cheese..." seriously? Just a bad experience. Pizza was great but the service wasn't acceptable except for the guy who did the refund.

They have on more than one occasion called me back to inform me that they've changed their mind and aren't going to deliver to me, but if I still want my order I can come down and pick it up. The usual excuse is "we're short drivers" or some nonsense. What good is a pizza place that can't actually bring you pizza?
