They are under new ownership and their team is phenomenal. My order was done quickly, they provided great creative options at a good price. Weve used them 3 times in the last 90 days and very impressed.

My experience with this business was very frustrating. I brought in an apron to be embroidered. I paid extra ($32 for two words, which seemed rather expensive to me) to have the embroidery larger than typical size, and completed in a specific font. I had a long conversation with the staff member about the specifics of what I wanted. We flipped through a book of fonts to select one and she showed me what the larger size would look like. However, apparently the staff member I spoke with didn't record any of the details of my order except for the thread color. When I came it to pick it up it up the embroidery was very small font and the wrong font. I was really surprised that a company that specializes in embroidery would be so careless about the details of a customer's order, especially when they are doing something that permanently alters an item. The staff member I spoke with on pick up eventually agreed to refund half of cost, which seemed less than adequate. If you care about getting something embroidered in a specific way, I suggest you go somewhere else to get it done appropriately.

I wanted to give a personalized custom T-shirt as a stocking stuffer to my wife (she was recovering from a year-long struggle with a back injury). I called a customT-shirt vendor in Dinkytown, and experienced one of the most brusque, dismissive, unhelpful customer interactions I have ever had.I was not feeling hopeful after that disaster, but I called EmbroidMe in Roseville to give my Christmas idea another shot.I connected with Kristine who told me to drop by and discuss what I wanted.Wow, what a difference!She patiently listened to my tentative ideas, and not only made helpful suggestions, but embellished my concept by finding and suggesting the perfect image (I didn't think an image was possible) to accompany the T-shirt's text.Their production folks turned out a T-shirt that exceeded in quality and appearance anything I imagined, and at an unbelieveable price.My wife loves the T-shirt, and I know where I'll go, and who to ask for, for my next one!
