Probably the most decent apartment with a garage around the area. Overall, good communication from the manager on site and leasing company, excellent location for commuting, and surprisingly quiet neighbors with the occasionally loud music some late nights. Docking a couple stars off for the poor building security/surveillance cameras around the building (they serve no purpose). Had multiple things happen to my personal belongings (my car/partner's car, mail) but site manager say it's inevitable. I've never experienced any major issues with the apartment and/or appliances but when my dishwasher did get clogged, a mechanic was sent out the next day. I've spoken to the mechanic and he is very helpful. The water does get shut off more than usual (always around the same time) and sometimes management tells you and sometimes it's a surprise. Most of the time, if there is a notice for anything or you'll get a MEMO slid under your front door that night, I really wish they would use email more.
