I've had multiple clients live here and I've seen very concerning conditions and practices. There is definitely a problem of prioritizing profits over residents. I doubt any real change or improvements are likely to happen. They may attempt to influence optics surrounding their business, but there's no way the owners will suddenly grow a conscious and change their entire values system. Summit should be shut down.

This is the type of place that treats seniors with respect. They take the time to listen to the residents and do not instead think they know best.

This place is totally disgusting....they do not take care of residents...the state pays good money we should get good care but no...room is never cleaned...my mom never gets a shower or her hair washed. You try to call and calls are NEVER returned. Run from this place...dont put youre loved ones here.

Garbage facility. Started out fine but ended in disgust and shame. No assistance with cleaning for those who are in wheelchairs, helping get sheets off, basic hygiene, etc. There were several times where we werent informed for hours after our loved one had been taken to the hospital. The list goes on and on. And when my dad died just a little over 48 hours ago, we were told to come clean up his room just 12 hours after he died. It is absolutely disgusting that this place is so money-hungry to get the next paying body into his room. Not even given a few days to begin to grieve the death of our beloved father before we were forced to go through his belongings and clean out his room. If you love the person youre needing to place in an assisted living facility, dont walk, but run from this place.
