I can only comment on the scheduling aspect of their business, but it is substandard. After waiting patiently for them to show up for the first appointment and having a no-show, they rescheduled for a second time and they also were a no show, but this time no call or notification of a reschedule. The scheduler apologized saying she had put down Halloween as the date, which may be true, but it's awfully hard to believe when we communicated by written text and her dates were on the text. The attempt at a third reschedule was out too far for me, and the credibility of this outfit was very questionable. They "may" do good work, but not showing up on time or at all negates all that. I won't ever use them again and cannot recommend them.
