        Really like the store and assistance but no details on how to operate the electric bike at all. Not one. Will u tube it as the manual does t give must info either.

        I went to a different bike store and they sold me a chain that was extremely long and didn't help me put it on. Cool guy at Eric's put it on and made sure everything was working great without taking advantage of my ignorance. Always a customer, won't go anywhere else in the future.
