POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Purchased a Christmas gift sock set first week of December.Plenty of time to receive before Christmas. I noticed that I was charged for the item but never received a confirmation from Bombas. I made a phone call to their Customer service to find out why. Turns out that they could not find my order. I asked how they could charge me for a item that they have not record of? They said they would calll. me back after doing some research. They did call back and said they found my order and would ship it out right away, and emailed a confirmation this tine. It is now December 19 and still do not have my order. Another phone call to Bombas todayThis time they tell me that my item was NEVER shipped, and now that item is out of stock. I got my money refunded
I don't csre how nice these socks are if their customer service stinks.
I will not do business with them again won't don't recommend anyone to
them.
