Today, I paid for the "1 interior clean + Ex plat" service ($42.00) and included a $5.00 tip for total of $50.31. I have used this particular Mister car wash in St. Paul before and have usually received great service and a clean car(inside and out) . Today was not the case.... I paid for the specific interior clean service to have my mats cleaned. When I arrived to get into my car, the middle floor mats looks like they were clean but the front mats were still dirty. I asked the person there about why my front mats weren't cleaned. He without question picked up both mats and went off to have them cleaned. They coonsole area wasn't cleaned very well either. Just seems like the service and the quality has dropped off at this location.For the cost of 42.00 dollars I would expect better. I wouldn't consider signing up for a monthly plan if they can't get this one time stop through correct.
