We took 2 expensive comforters (a king and a queen from Pottery Barn) in to be cleaned. They both came back very lumpy....they obviously were cleaned wrong and are now unusable. When I called the owner/manager, she indicated that they had "worked hard on them" and they "lumped up" because they were sewn wrong. Together, they cost $600 and we paid $146 to have them cleaned. Ultimately, she refused to reimburse us in any way. When I asked why she didn't tell us they were lumpy, she had no good reason. She said some comforters just "lump up". When I asked if she warned customers of this, she had no good reason. I will never return there for any dry cleaning!

BEWARE/OUTSTANDINGLY RUDE MANAGER

Would love to give this business a higher rating but due to the POOR CHOICE of “MANAGER” I will never be returning and will advocate heavily to anyone I know against going here and instead to take their business to “TIDE DRY CLEANERS” unless you are fine with being treated like less than DIRT. “Joyce” or however you spell her name is a VERY RUDE, NASTY CRAB, and is like 90yrs old + who can barley get around… Prime manager material AMIRIGHT 🙌🏽 can someone who has even the slightest bit of common sense and human decency handle my simple customer interaction such as me kindly asking to speak to someone “higher up” bc when she handles the situation it’s basically spitting on my face while trying to tell me to leave… be a better person you are in charge of a whole store and is beyond my comprehension how you ever got there and remained. PLEASE TAKE A LOOK INTO YOUR MANAGERS RED TAG.. You have lost my business for good and you can keep my clothes aswell as I won’t be returning!!! its not worth the headache anymore…🤮 👎

To start my wife dropped off my suit to Red Tag to get it dry cleaned only to be greeted with a very rude Employee as if she was severely inconveniencing her by giving them business. I get my suit home a couple days later only to find out that my suit looks like it hasnt been cleaned at all. Thanks Red Tag! I needed this suit for my mother in-laws funeral. I wont be giving you business in the future and I certainly wouldnt recommend Red Tag to anyone.
