I purchased 8 Softlite replacement vinyl windows from Pride Home Solutions, for a stucco tear off project. I was very pleased with the pricing, communication, warranty, and install. We had a bit of issue with the some of the jambs on the install, but to their credit, the issue was dealt with immediately, and to my satisfaction. It is easy to get great feedback when everything goes perfect, but the true test of any company is how they deal with issue resolution, and Pride came through for me. They have very experienced and knowledgeable installers, and this is very important when dealing with windows.
