Extremely rude and should remove donut from the name as it is not a donut place. Worst customer service experience

Amazing service! Coffee is so smooth and ordered just like you like! My husband and I love the atmosphere here, compared to other chain coffee places, like Caribou, Espresso Donut coffee is always comfortable and relaxing. A great place to get work done, read a book or talk.

Truly a diamond in the "suburban" rough. Nice to see independent coffee doing it well in world of Starbucks, DunnBros, Caribou land. Wide range of snacks to go with coffee: Americanos are as good as any area big brand. Service always friendly & prompt. Prices same or lower than the others. Solid wifi & outlets available for devices. Cozy with seating variety. Please consider supporting this small, independent business while getting better value.

A friend of mine attempted to purchase a dozen donuts today - how dare she....this was what they had to say about it - how shameful "I believe there has been a misunderstanding here. We don't sell a dozen donuts to anyone because we are not a bakery. I truly went above and beyond by selling you over a half dozen donuts, which I normally don't do unless someone is a long time, repeat customer. We simply don't have the inventory. At 9:00, I had multiple customers complaining that we didn't have donuts available because I had sold all of my best donuts to you. We are happy to order a dozen or more donuts if given a day's notice to order them. Our name is Espresso Donut. Not, Espresso Dozen Donuts. No one forced you to buy apple fritters, it was a suggestion as I wanted to save a few donuts for my regular customers. You might want to know that our apple fritters are as popular as our regular donuts. I saw your daughter seemed to be excited for the donuts and I tried to be nice and accommodating."
