John and his brothers at Trinity were amazing. They sanded and stained our cherry wood floors from their natural color to a dark beautiful stain that totally transformed our house. They were very responsive and immediately available the next day when we had an accidental water spill (our fault) and we were worrying about damaging the floors. John came over with his son on a Saturday morning to make sure that everything was still in good condition. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Remodeled our kitchen and included both refinishing our existing hardwood floors and installed new hardwood floors into our living room. This was a big job. Every individual who came to work at our house was professional and courteous. Doing this work during the 2020 pandemic made it even more challenging, but they responded with utmost professionalism. Both my wife and I were working from home at the time. All the workers were considerate of our need for quiet while we were in online meetings. Hard to anticipate that. The floors look great. I waited over a year to post this review. Trinity replaced all the carpet in our house with hardwood flooring. Unbeknownst to us or Trinity at the start of the project, we had a very challenging project with a foundation which shifted seasonally. The reason I waited a year is to see how it fared thru the seasons. Issues with material availability caused by the flooring supplier were absorbed by Trinity. When the problems caused by our unusual foundation construction arose, they stood by their work and returned for 3 additional days to resolve the issue. Now 5 seasons later, the floor remains flat and beautiful. Trinity is arguably the most professional and quality minded craftsmen I have encountered in many years. Service: Install flooring

It was great to work with John and the results were better than expected. Trinity sanded and sealed our wood floors and they look better than when they were first installed. I would highly recommend Trinity Hardwood Flooring.
