Called to get cheap price on carpet for basement. Both dad an daughter very friendly an helpful, an received a great price on top quality carpet. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have done business with Deluxe for many years, at least 20. I'm not sure what has gone wrong, but apparently I am done with them. I made an appointment around 2 weeks ago to have my carpet looked at as it appeared to be stretching. I made the appointment and called the night before that I had been called into work. Left in person message with a man. I then get called because the man came and I wasn't home., I told the lady I had called and spoke to a man who said he would let them know. I then went in person last week to Deluxe to set up another appointment which was for yesterday, September 16 between 3 and 5. I ran an errand in the morning and was home by 1 PM. The installer never arrived or called. I checked received calls on my cell and there was one call I made to Deluxe at 5 PM with voicemail on their end. I called this morning to find out why no show and was blown away when the person told me their installer had been here and I didn't answer the phone. She says she called and no answer. I wonder why none of this shows on my phone?? I asked her to call me back this morning to make sure it went through. She rudely hung up. This young lady seemed very stressed out when I went to the store, as I matter of fact I waited for several minutes to be waited on as she was in the back room and came to me and excused herself again to go to the back room. I had even inquired if this could be a situation of needing new carpet. I was prepared for that. I know now where I will not be buying replacement carpet. If I wasn't home yesterday, why would I all first thing this morning? Enough is enough

I have been associated and doing business with the Deluxe carpet for over 25 years, I know if I go in there for any of my flooring needs or send family or friends in, that business will be done very professionally with the utmost attention paid to the customers wants, needs and desires, Phil and Jay have been there serving folks all over for more than 30 years, if you want a truly satisfying flooring experience in either Carpet, Wood, Laminate, Tile,Porcelain, Linoleum, and Vinyl planks both residential and commercial and a large supply of take home today carpet rolls, they're work is very professional, basic install to custom labor, and they dont and wont "pretend" to give you 90% of your job for free like the big box stores do, what they will give you is a no pressure shopping experience, with knowledgable people who treat you like family, shop the big box stores and bring them your quote, you'll probably be glad you did
