AJs Garage Door Repair

Called to get some work done on my garage. Talked to the dispatcher and explained what I needed accomplished. They gave me a 3:00 - 6:00 window, saying it will be $40 to come out for the service call. Around 2:30, a technician called and asked what I needed done. He said he couldn't do it, and would find someone else. 6:00 came and went. No one showed up. No one communicated to me that they wouldn't be showing up.

This was a warranty issue, and AJs Garage Door Repair was there the next day to replace our broken garage door opener. The repairman was fantastic! He was extremely professional, competent, responsive, and pleasant to work with. He replaced our garage door opener, explained everything about it, and even programmed our car. We couldn't be more pleased!
