Hired this company to clean my house. My wife's engagement ring was in a jewelry dish in the bathroom before they arrived. The dish was moved and the ring was gone after they left. You do the math. Service: Standard cleaning

We scheduled with Selene and Team Angel for a preliminary deep cleaning and reoccurring standard. The team was great. We have two dogs, so our floors are a disaster this time of year - the team took extra care on the floors, and they look amazing. Excited to have team Angel back! Mexicleaning did a wonderful job at my home. The team did a post-construction cleaning, as my house had a thin layer of dust over EVERYTHING after a renovation. The cleaning team did an absolutely excellent job and I would not hesitate to use Mexicleaning again. My house has never looked better! Service: Deep clean

Scheduled a cleaning with this company for today at 11 AM. It is now 12:30 and after 5 calls, 5+ texts, and emails to this company over a 24-hour period to confirm the appointment, they were a no-show with no response.Really disappointing that this was my first impression of Mexicleaning. We now have a $200 charge on our card for services from a business that I'm not even sure exists after getting absolutely no communication. At this point, I'm writing this review in hopes that they'll respond and try to rectify this. However, based on the other reviews it doesn't seem likely.*Edit for clarification - Service was booked for my parents home in Stillwater, MN.

DO NOT HIRE. They wasted our whole day. First with the excuse that their team was running behindwhich, fine, it happens. But 3 hours later, still no cleaners plus they stopped returning texts or answering the phone. I see now that we are not the only ones with this experience. Totally unprofessional and rude; avoid them at all costs.
