Great job doing spray insulation on our barn. They also installed solar fans and solar lights, which are awesome and look great. Very kind and professional crew. Cant remember one of the crew members names but he was very sweet to my kids even though they were in the way. Will be using them again on some home projects we have. Thank you for making this insulation project easy.

Update: The company left a very nice message saying they would like to make this right. And the installer that missed the appointment left a message apologizing as well. They offered a discount for their mistake and made no mention of me changing the review. I have not decided what to do yet, but I will add a star to my review in the meantime and will update if I end up doing business with them. Original review: So I call to make an appointment and its another company that uses this Mann Brothers Solutions company (seems shady that three different businesses use the same crew) as their provider. I talk to the guy that answers the phone and hes not very knowledgeable but hes kind and admits what he doesnt know. He schedules an appointment for someone to come out. About 15 min before the appointment a guy calls and asks for Nick. My name is Paul, so I was a bit confused. Eventually he figures out hes got the wrong name. Next thing he says he needs to reschedule due to a family situation. I say no problem. We reschedule for the next day. Next day he doesnt show. No call. Nothing. I call him back and leave a very kind message. No reply. Needless to say, theyve lost my business.

I highly recommend this insulation contractor for any spray foam insulation needs. They were very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and courteous, and they provided excellent service and a quality job at a great price. You will not be disappointed if you use this company.

Avoid! Try somewhere that answers their phone! I made a appointment with them and took a half day off work and they never showed up. I even called and left a message to reschedule. No call back. No one ever answers the phone line. Look elsewhere. Don't believe me? Give them a call and see if they answer before making a appointment. Update 1/13: After being promised a resolution and being naïve enough to agree, I got a email from Ryan S a week ago. I gave him the requested information and then waited. No response back! I even went as far as to email him again to see if he needed anything more from me. Still no reply back. If I'm not getting any response back what do you think they will do if there is a problem with your insulation! At this point I'm completely EMBARRESED for both the company and myself. Four second chances seems like its enough. I will be sure to leave a review wherever I can for both Twin city Insulation and Mann Brothers.
