        I RECOMMEND HER YES!! Paula is extremely hard working, kind, strong, understanding and very helpful. Her service is great. She’s honest and is genuinely helpful. She at her core cares for her customers. I can feel and see her genuiness which touches my heart and is what I look for. I am very grateful for her help. I appreciate her responses and getting back to me cause gosh obviously she’s not a robot and has to help other people too. She’s amazing and I am so so grateful!

        Paula is very knowledgeable at her job and always willing to go the extra mile to help her costumers while other agents aren't. For example when a tree fell on my roof and fence this summer I wasn't able to get ahold of any Farmers agent because this was on Saturday but I called Paula office and thank god she works on the weekend and help answered all my questions and directed me to the appropriate person.
