        Mark has been my insurance guy for 12+ years. He’s always quick to respond to any of my requests. We had a windshield or two crack over the years, and Mark arranged for the repair company to contact us and they came to our work or home to fix it. He’s also been great to work with, as I am involved with real estate - he’s helped my clients in the past. He’s really friendly and easy to talk with. He’s the type of person who cheers you up when chat with him. Even if your reason for the call is because you have to submit a claim - he’s always made me feel better in these situations.
