Green Guardian Lawn Care

I watched the city of St Paul plow truck honk for the crew working on the 1000 block of Lincoln Ave to move their truck. They all saw it and heard it and ignored it. Now half the street is blocked with a massive pile of snow. The kicker is that after they watched the plow go around them and leave the pile of snow they didn’t even have the courtesy to use the industrial sized plow on the front of their own truck to clean it up!!

Green Guardian service has been absolutely the worst! We got our initial quote from them in April, signed the contract and asked them to get started in early May. We had to place several phone calls and emails to try to get them out to the house. Each time we spoke with them they promised us that our application was "printed and on the next truck" and would be at the house the within the next day. At one point they even told us that they had done the application but they forgot to leave a sign in the yard so we paid them $296. When the weeds and clover started going crazy in our yard we questioned them again and they admitted there was a mistake and that they had never been out there. Once again we were promised that our application would be "on the next truck". At that time it was now July and our yard had not been treated. Due to a clerical error on our part we paid them a second invoice for $296 when it showed up in the mail at our house (why we even got it we aren't quite sure since we never received ANY services). When we discovered our error we contacted them right away. They had not yet received our payment and Robin told us they would stop payment on it as well as refund the money from our first invoice where the services were never rendered. At that time we asked to discontinue services. Fast forward, it is now September and we have yet to receive a refund! Not only are they terrible with service, but they lie and steal!
