Magical Rental

The set up a bouncy house at an event. Did not ask for permission or direction....just set it up and proceeded to drive a 2 foot spike through the sprinkler main flooding the event. Caused $578.26 of damage....just said opps and left. wont respond to numerous calls and emails. website is down. AVOID

Did major damage to our property. Set up without permission and drove a spike into the sprinkler main. Refuses to call back and address the issue. $578.26 AVOID

Maybe next time don't park in front of our driveway when your unloading/loading your rental equipment at a neighbors house. I guess the parking lane before the driveways weren't enough.

We have rented bounce houses for birthday parties from Magic Rental for the past two years. They communicate about arrival times and set up/take down quickly and efficiently. The bounce houses have been clean and in great condition. Its low hassle for parents and lots of fun for kidsexactly what you want for a birthday party! We will definitely rent again.

Our first time renting from Magical Rental but it will not be the last. The Pink Castle Package that we ordered was perfect for our 3 year old granddaughter's birthday. The bounce castle was accompanied by two 6 foot tables and 20 chairs. This wonderful company went above and beyond in being of help to us. We had originally planned to have everything in our backyard but discovered a nest of ground bees that made it impossible. A quick call to Magical Rental resulted in their speedy return to our home and they moved everything to the front yard. They brought along sandbags to secure the castle on our driveway. Their quick response and amazing level of kindness was a major topic of conversation at our party. The Magical Rental team are Rescue Rangers. They saved the day and as a result, our granddaughter's birthday party was a great success. Look no further. Magical Rental is one.
