I love this place! I wanted to find a barre studio that was locally owned, and didn't know that I would be so excited about the different classes they have here (aerial & handstands specifically). Hayley and Tobi are both welcoming, helpful for all experience levels, and a great balance of helping you push yourself while staying aware of your body and not pushing too far. I never thought I'd do a handstand in my life, but I've made so much progress after just 4 classes! Silks also always seemed intimidating, but after just one class it's not as difficult as I thought it'd be and was really fun. Can't wait to keep learning here. The space is also really nice, and class sizes are small so you get plenty of assistance.

Since starting my zoom workouts here, my strength and control in the air has improved dramatically. Also, the communication if classes are cancelled is excellent. They provide reminders for classes as well. During class, there are always modifications and the instructors are encouraging and very knowledgeable.
