Working with Greg Kuntz and the River Run team of Re/Max has been a pleasure. We recently decided to sell our St. Paul home and consolidate to our “second” home in a more rural setting. Greg and team were spot on in their evaluation of the home, its ability to sell in the current market and approach in selling. The Purchase Agreement was completed days before Christmas and at our original asking price-best Christmas present ever! We used the River Run team because of our experience working with them in the past. Just a few years prior, they helped us sell a home and purchase the St. Paul house. When we discussed selling again last fall we knew that Greg and team would be the ones to make it happen. Although the market and transactions were different, the results were the same and we would do it again!
