I have had two incredible experiences working with Jim. I have bought two cars from Long's Auto and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Jim is incredibly helpful, generous, and genuine. Would 100% recommend buying a car from Long's Auto! Might I add, Jim made the car buying process the easiest car buying experience I have had. He was incredibly thorough and walked me through every step of the process. Thank you Jim!!

I brought my 2021 Toyota Pruis a year ago. I'm writing a review today Jan.24.24 because I found out they were given false information to me. When I brought my car, I was told new brake put in, and newer tires. I know nothing about car. I have faith in them and wouldn't give me false information especially they were in a professional business. About 2-3 months after I brought the car, one of my tire kept showing low air & eventually my tire have no air. Took to Costco and repair it. It's still show low air after a few months of driving but I still drove it thinking its a newer tires, probably just need more air. Today, after I took my car to the shop. Was told thats low air tire is no longer safe to drive especially i have two small toddler & a baby on the way. Also found out that only one tire is newer and the rest are now not good and will need to replace soon. Additional to that, one of the tire is wrong size & my brake may need to replace since it's making noise( haven't inspect yet). So be careful and be cautious when you buy cars here. Clarify what they meant when they said it's NEWER because that could mean 1 or 2 years old already. Update After talking to Jim, I understand that they gave me the information they got from the 3rd party. And if the information given to me is not false then, I can only assumed that they/Longs Auto dont inspect the car prior to making the decision to sold that car? That why there were 3 different brands of tires, one tire is wrong size & newer than the other 3. That one is still in good/ almost excellent condition as of now. And wouldnt most average new tires have a warranty of 60k mileage? I had driven 20k since I brought the car based on the given mileage Jim gave me. I learned all this information as Im shopping around for the best tires package deals. Im not the expert. As for the referral. Free inspections is on the shop website already. Couldnt find tires pricing on their website to compare to how much discount would be given with Longs Auto referral but the shop/ Tony gave me is a little over $800 for all fours tires for Michelin defender & was told that the only deal for me is the life time rotation & balancing which most shop have that. I just decided to go with Costco Michelin Defender T+H under $630, comes with tires rotation, balancing, inflation check, flat repair, & roadside hazard. Overall, I want to thank Jim for taking the time to listen to my side of the story. Its make me feel like he care about his customers satisfaction. Also when we brought the car, we meet Justin, the owner. He was nice, friendly & he answered all my questions (finance options & fees) with confident. With that being said, I might shop here again. Would definitely hire a private inspector before purchased if that allows.
