Bob was wonderful to work with from beginning to end! He has a great team assembled to complete our main floor and kitchen remodeling project! Already have referred him to several of my friends and already have more projects lined up for him too.

The name says it all! The owner, Bob Guenin, is one of the nicest and most trustworthy guys you’ll ever meet. Bob took the time to explain our options to our master bath remodel in detail, always keep us up to date on next step of the process, organized, timely and kept the work space clean. We couldn’t be happier or say enough positive things about our experience. Our remodel turned out beautiful and highly recommended Bob and his crew!

I was referred to Golden Rule Remodeling by another company to do some subfloor repairs. I called on Jan. 12th to have someone come over and quote my repairs. They said they were driving at the time and to text them my information and they would get back to me. I did so and a week later I still had not heard a reply. I texted them again on Jan. 18th before they called me to schedule a quote that day at 4PM. At 4:30PM they still hadn't arrived yet and I had to call to ask where they were. They then told me they would show up at 5PM now. The quoting process in the house was fine. It was clear they were very knowledgeable and walked me through different options. They left saying it would take some time to quote. After a week, on Jan. 26th, I asked if the quote was ready yet and they told me it was not without providing a time table. It is currently Feb. 18th and I still have not heard a word from them since. Golden Rule Remodeling is clearly not going to get my business since they are unreliable at getting me a quote and I can't count on them showing up on time to do any of the work since they have not been timely for anything else. Unfortunately the company who referred me to Golden Rule Remodeling is also losing my business since none of the subfloor repairs can be done.

We had Bob and his crew put on a 3 season porch for us. We were beyond pleased with the process and the final product. Bob went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. He was very patient with us and always made sure we knew all options. I would not hesitate to have Bob do our next project!

I had Bob put gutters on my new house and he was nothing short of awesome. From beginning to end Bob was very professional and even gave pointers on the right thing to do. Quality work at a great price!!
