        After a trying experience with a local State Farm agency, Chris was able to address our problems at hand within 10 minutes of our first phone call . He was able to expertly answer all our follow up questions immediately as well. (The guy emailed us on his lunch break!) I have since recommended Roger Knauss to several of my coworkers looking to switch insurance agencies, and I look forward to being a client of theirs for years to come.
