      image Would not recommend to anyone especially this location in Waite park very unprofessional in regards to solving issues theyll increase your rates and blame it on inflation no follow up calls this location has went down hill Id recommend going to new location over by the public library very professional and all around good.

      image Poor communication and follow up. No answers to questions and terrible payment on house claims. Rate increases every year an only excuse is inflation then we get hit by a storm and they don't want to pay nearly enough to cover damage. We have been waiting over 2 months for any resolution to our damage and receive no payment for damages. Phone is very rarely answered and not one call from Toby to resolve issues.
