        Eco installed a Lowes dishwasher and after three uses one of the mounting screws fell to the floor. When I called to see if they could come out to quickly install ONE SCREW I was told I would have to fit into their schedule for the following week. It would have been nice for them to say "Hey, we screwed up and we'll make it right - asap" Love how EcoWater put the problem on the customer vs. solving for the customer.
