Saturday morning garage door broke free and looked like it went through a tornado. Based on how garage door looked, could have sold me a brand new door and I would not have even hesitated. Instead, tech came out first thing Monday morning, fixed it for 200 bucks, and we barely even knew he was here. Left the bill on the step and, boom, good as new. Paid online… simple as can be. Couldn’t rate highly enough.

Our garage door stopped working on a Saturday, I called Monday morning and by 8:00am Tuesday a technician was at my house (I think they could of come sooner, but my scheduled allowed for Tuesday). I got a call from the service technician (Jeromy) at 7:15am (my appointment was between 8a - 10a) saying he was on his way and that he should be there by 8:00am. He was a few minutes early, which I appreciated. He walked me through everything he was diagnosing and determined the opener needed to be replaced and he further recommended the rollers. He explained to me the differences between the opener options I had and why replacing the current rollers would be beneficial. After I gave him the green light to proceed with replacements, he was done in less than an hour. The grand total was less than the number that was in my head, so that was a pleasant surprise as well.
I highly recommended The Garage Door Guy for customer service, quality, being on time, quality, and price! I would use this company again for sure.
