It pains me to say but I would never buy anything from this store again other than basic hardware needs.
I recently purchased a new Toro lawnmower from them, used it twice and had issues. I brought the mower back to see if there may had been issues with the setup only to be told by the Manager that he could not do a thing and rudely told me that I needed to go to a Toro service center. He never even looked at the mower.
Lesson learned - Be sure to clarify their willingness or ability to service any major purchase you are considering or you may experience the same poor customer service and unwillingness to help problem solve the issue that I had.
