NTB-National Tire & Battery

Do not go to this NTB. Went for an oil change and a tire rotation, and they spilled oil everywhere under my hood. On my headlight, my grill, my valve cover, my oil cap, my exhaust manifold, my hoses etc. They did a horrendous job of trying to clean it up as well. I'm not sure how you can possibly spill this much oil when pouring it into a funnel, as I've changed my own oil before, it's not hard. The inside of my car reeks of burnt oil and you can see burned oil smoke in my headlights. First and last time I ever go there, I guess I'll change it my self next time.

I had a 6pm appt yesterday for an oil change which was my 3rd time coming there. The guy at the counter was not welcoming or friendly. I had to ask how long will it take. I was told it would be ready by 7 and 10 after my car was still in the parking lot. I went to the counter to ask when they plan on getting to it as it's still in the parking lot. I get "I know we will get to it". I said can you tell me something cause I'm not looking forward to sitting here another hour or I will reschedule. He said I will reschedule you. He got my keys, gave them to me as he was still helping another customer as well. So I just left very unhappy.

These guys here are great, they get the job done well. Prices are good and they work hard to work with your schedule.
