    Would rate 0 stars but not an option. Their repair department is horrendous, came out to fix my fridge, left knowing is was still throwing code and when I called the tech he literally told me "yeah after I replaced the part it threw that code. I just unplugged it and plugged it back in" called and told them it was still broke and was put at the back of the wait list after they charged almost $600 to NOT fix it, then you can not call and talk to a real person just their automated system, when using their "chat" function I could speak to someone but they don't care. Told them what happend and that I have a newborn, a 4yo, a 7yo, and a pregnant wife they said sorry the next available appointment is 1 week away, and I told them they already came out but didn't fix my fridge, but still couldn't get anything sooner. Then the day of the return repair they canceled and rescheduled another week out my home warranty at least offered to reimburse us for a mini-fridge to keep some food in.

    This store is conveniently located with courteous people providing one-on-one personal service. The store experience itself was great. However, the actual purchase did not meet my expectations at all. I purchased an appliance ONLY wearing the Sears name. Sears sold their name only; NOT their stellar reputation for quality. The large upright freezer that I purchased needed seal gaskets replaced in less than two months, actually upon delivery; however, I didnt initially discover it.. Frosting ice immediately began to accumulate with air seeping from the blinded side of the door. In a few weeks, the frosting became worse. Its a RED Flag for quality or lack there of when repairs have to be made within two months of purchase. Upon my researching the reviews of others, I discovered most people who made the same purchase had the same complaints and that Sears DOES NOT make appliances bearing their name any more. I want to share honest and concise information so that it will be known that this is a risky purchase. I DO NOT Recommend the Sears Brand any more because it is NOT Sears. Therefore, get a current reputable brand that value its reputation; not just profits. If you make a purchase, immediately check the seals/gaskets to be sure that they have a flush seal all around. Also, inspect for physical dents and or damage. Dont pay for frustration, wasted time and poor quality; such vanity should not come with a price. The Four Stars are for the store, not the appliance. If the freezer had met my expectations, I would have given the store Five Stars.
