The flowers I ordered were so much more beautiful than the picture online! Highly recommend this florist !

I live in another state and found this place onlinesupporting small business. Placed an order via their website, and realized that an expected time (not date) for delivery of the flowers was not provided. So, after calling the only number provided a plethora of times and even contacting the local Chamber of Commerce to receive an email (which I attempted to gain a response, to no avail), I finally got a young lady on the phone (who informed me she would call me back..which she didnt so I called back and was told that they were trying to find hot pink roses but would I accept a substitute for yellow rosesI said sure). She continued by informing me that they do not call to confirm delivery of orders nor do they tell customers an approximate time of delivery. She was of no help whatsoever and seemed beyond nonchalant. Fast forward, the flowers are delivered on the day I hoped (the day following my purchase) which started to ease my disappointment and frustration.that is until my mother sent me a picture of the pitiful flowers I paid $112 for.(the picture on the left is the premium arrangement that I ordered online, the picture on the right is what they actually had the audacity to deliver to my mother on her birthday!! I EASILY see better put-together flowers at my local Kroger for $10-$20! I always support small businesses, but I hope that YOUR experience far exceeds this pitiful floral arrangement that my mother received for her birthday.

I ordered an arrangement and I was slightly late on the cut off time for the same day delivery; however, Franks Flowers went above and beyond to make it possible and it made my mothers day. She sent a photo that I will include and is happy with how beautiful the arrangement and vase looks. Thank you!
