I worked at econo for 3 1/2 years, I was the only housekeeper there at one point, others was hired after me and got sinority, I will NEVER be loyal to a GM or a company EVER again, lesson well learned, you don't pick and choose over a person that's been there and never missed one day and worked 7 days a week for weeks, drove 1 hour there 1 hour back and was never questioned what really happened after I left, years waisted!! Its called the buddy system

With all that's going on in today's society, I'm very appalled at the fact of not seeing employees with protective face mask on since they are the ones solely dealing with many guest from God knows where. This is something that needs to get corrected to help not only protect your employees but also helps to protect and ease the minds of any guest. Please let's show our employees they are important to the company and not just a individual of labor. Let's get concerned because this isn't going away NO time soon people.

I have never been treated so rude by a hospitality V.P.as I was while trying to get help with a reservation for Our 43rd anniversary.My husband has a very serious heart condition and is a Miracle to be alive.The V.P.Danny yelled at me a 64 year old woman trying to make my own anniversary reservations.He told me why did you wait to the last day?The Courtyard by Marriott in Pigeon Forge and Riverstone Resort is the property that we tried to get reservations.The V.P. fussing at me was so hurtful for our special occasion.
