This man completely a full house restoration while stealing water in my wife name. He never compensated myself or my wife for the water usage. When confronted after his progrct was completed he realized the meter was on his side of property line to my residence. So he decided to turn water off completely threatened to call cops if we crossed property line. We had no choice to move. My wife is sick she had just got back from chemo therapy the day he got in her face forcing her to tears as she was shaking in fear letting her know there was nothing she could do about it. He is more like a shady contractor than a Real estate agent. Be careful around this man he will use fear and intimidation to line his pockets with money. He did all this to force us out and buy our property next. The crazy thing is we never even asked him to pay for the water he used in our name to basically build a completely new home.
