If I could give them a negative number of stars, they would get a 10!  We hired them to move my 90 year old mother into an Assisted Living facility.  By the end of the move the items damaged included:  The boxsprings and mattress covers, two chests of drawers (she only had two), the shattered top shelf of her glass entertainment stand, a family photo frame with shattered glass, a wooden storage cabinet that lay in pieces in the middle of the floor, a brand new recliner/rocker with scuffs and stains.  When I called the office to report this, I was told that since we did not sign up for the total protection coverage, they would not be responsible for any of the damage.  A manager then called me and offered to discount the move by $100 and deduct one hour of the overtime fee.  A total offer of around $225 for all of this damage!  One of the movers had left the origination paperwork lying on my mom's table at the point of origin of the move.  Thinking it was our copy, I put it into her file cabinet.  When he asked about it and requested it, I told him where it was and that I would be happy to give it to him as soon as the file cabinet was unloaded.  Instead of waiting for me to return it to him, he went into my mom's file cabinet and took it himself without permission.I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, uncaring company.  If you are looking for a mover, please keep looking!

On time and quick! The two young men that moved my household goods were a great help! They were great sports about moving my stuff to the 3rd floor of my apartment.

Good pricing. Good service. They were very helpful in moving my apartment. Took 4 hours for a 2 br apartment on 3rd floor. Two guys.

Handy Dandy helped me unpack all of my furniture and boxes when i arrived at my apartment. I had a large couch and a difficult-to-put-together bed, and they handled everything efficiently and with care. It was definitely a great experience.
